MCI – the ink cup with a difference

Simply refill it and continue printing, and it can be done so often that you will be surprised. This MCI ink cup by MORLOCK is certainly an innovative piece of bravura.

With its development, we have achieved a breakthrough that ensures long useful lives, minimal requirement of spare parts and shortest setting-up times. Incidentally, it is exceptionally easy to handle.

MCI ink cups are compatible with all current and old MORLOCK machines, where round ink cups are used.

You simply require one ink cup module for all types of Clischees!

You can select a squeegee ring made of hard-metal or special ceramic as required. It can be mounted or replaced without much trouble and without using any complicated special tool. These squeegee rings are the only wearing components in the entire colour dispensing system.

Just refill the colour – it can’t get any easier!

Even refilling and diluting the colours is perhaps the easiest in a MCI ink cup. When the ink cup is positioned on the clischee, remove the plastic cover, fill in the colour or the thinner and close the plastic cover – and you are done.

Quick cleaning

Cleaning a MCI ink cup is a matter of a few minutes. The easy-to-dismantle cartridge is removed with a flick of the wrist, the components are cleaned thoroughly and quickly, so that they are ready for production again within the shortest possible time.
